happy hour dilemma: elite/plat vs reg happy hr

Are these "Happy Hours" only on At Sea days? :confused:

We did the Quebec to FLL trip on the Ruby. Bartender said the happy hour was daily unless local customs prohibited it. We had happy hour everyday except when in Candian water. According to bartender, Canada would only allow one bar per deck to be open while sailing. Since happy hour was in Wheelhouse they chose to keep Crooners open and forgo happy hour.
