If there is a $118 difference (3 day cruise) between a Jr. Suite and a Regular Upper Deck Balcony room which would you take. The only real difference I see on the "Sensation" is a sofa and larger sink in the Jr. Suite but also a smaller balcony or am I missing something?

You're not missing anything. Take the balcony over the suite! I would pay more for the balcony over that junior suite. The balcony's room inside will be smaller (and no couch), but the balcony itself is much better. Larger balcony, closer to the water, and the regular balcony room will look down onto the water (the junior suite's balcony looks down onto a public deck). Many people have reported their disappointments in those junior suites, although some people like them.
