No cigar lounge on Quantum??!

My husband loves his cigars and although I hate it it is a big enjoyment for him while cruising. When we booked Quantum they said there was a cigar lounge for sure. Now I am reading here from previous quantum guests there is nowhere except outside in one small area. Is this true? My husband will be very unhappy! Especially leaving out of Bayonne next month. Thank you.

No cigar bar on Quantum, which after being on Freedom I found upsetting. They have a small selection of cigars for sale in the ship's liquor store. The only place I was told you were allowed to smoke cigars was a covered area on the 5th deck back by 270 port side, which was freezing during the northern part of the transit days. I managed to smoke mine at the entrance of the casino w/o being told to move, but heard others were told they can't smoke cigars there.
