Australian & Asian Princess Ships Maitre D' 2015?

Does anyone have up to date info from Princess pre cruise email advising who Maitres D' are for Australian & Asian based Princess ships for Jan, Feb 2015 please? Thank you. Happy New year to all on land & sea.

I have just received an email from Princess for my cruise in October/November 2015 regarding the Maitre D for that cruise. His Name is Carlos Justina from France and has been with Princess since the age of 18 and has worked is way up through the ranks to be Maitre D.

Thank you for post. Sorry for late reply. We've heard of Carlos Justina, Assistant Maitre D', so he must have been promoted since we sailed with him couple of years ago. Hope your cruise is/was wonderful. Cheers, Mario & Rose
