Goff caye or rendezvous caye with 2 yo and 11 mo?

We will be traveling to Belize on RCL. I was wondering which excursion would be better for a 2 year old and an 11 month old - rendezvous caye with the ship or goff caye with a tour group? Or is there a better beach location?

I would not go to Goff's Key with kids these young. There are not enough facilities.

Thanks. We were leaning towards doing the ship excursion anyway, so it looks like rendezvous caye it is.
