I've researched many of the tours, & emailed the companies to see if they have an open bar. So far, I haven't found one. DH & I are going on this cruise alone to celebrate our anniversary. K&L, There's an excursion with snorkeling & an open bar in Aruba, if you're going there. It's called Jolly Pirate's.
