Scriv Posted January 1, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) Does anyone know please if you can change your cabin grade once booked and pay to upgrade to a higher category eg from Outside to a Balcony? And if so, would it incur a fee for changing it? Has anyone done it? It is a Select booking. Edited January 1, 2015 by Scriv
catperson02 Posted January 1, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2015 Yes you can, I have done it uprading cabin grade. There is no charge, you just pay the difference in cost based on the prices at the time you booked, not the current prices. I just called them and sorted it out over the phone. Scriv Posted January 1, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) Oh great - thanks for that. I now have a Personal Cruise Specialist (!!!!) so I guess I had better go through him in case it gets complicated. I have phoned and left a message. Nevleen Posted January 2, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2015 You can only change grade to upgrade not move to a lower grade.
Scriv Posted January 2, 2015 Author #5 Share Posted January 2, 2015 Thank you - yes, we will be doing that. However - I have just read changes are possible but subject to the Terms and Conditions and have read there that there is an admin charge of £20? Will wait until I get my reply, I guess!
