Shore Excursions - available for booking when?

We are booked on the Eclipse TA this coming April. I went on line to the infamous Celebrity site to see what shore excursions are available. When I logged in with my booking number, etc., and clicked shore excursions, a page that had the day/port on the left came up, and when I thought the rest of the info would appear, there was just a twirling, rotating line as if it was loading. However, after 10 minutes it was still doing the same thing.

 

Am I too early ? Are they not as yet finalized for that voyage and that is why the strange behavior on that part of the site? Should I bother calling Celebrity? I beleive the final payment date is late January if that makes any difference.

 

Any thoughts as to why this is happening are more than welcome.

Celebrity's website is infamous for glitches. Your shore excursions are available.

 

Sign in and go to your reservation. When you touch 'manage reservation' a box drops down. Choose 'explore cruise planner.' Then select 'shore excursions.'

 

We've already booked our shore excursions for next July.

 

If nothing works, the shore excursions office is 1-800-722-5941.
