Problems with Princess Web Site??

I am trying to send a message to Princess through the "Contact Us" on their web site. It keeps saying "server unavailable" like I'm not connected to internet. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to correct it? I have a question about the Captain's Circle and am about to decided it's not worth fooling with.
