Carnival.com booking missing

One of my bookings on carnival.com has disappeared.. I tried adding it back and it doesn't show up.. I called and was told the booking is still active. Should I just wait a little and try looking it up online again? Maybe a website issue?

This just happened to me - I have two active bookings, one in March on the Valor and one in November on the Liberty. I logged in to make a payment on my Nov. sailing and it isn't showing at all. I called and they said it was not cancelled or anything. I hope it is just a glitch.

Mine disappeared. I tried adding it back in, Carnival tried adding it back in...nothing worked. In the end, tech support had to create a new profile for me, add the booking and then merge my two accounts.
