Tours When You Get Off Ship?

Haven't quite decided what to do at this port. Other ports I remember walking off the ship and having tons of choices and tours being offered right outside the port.

 

I thought I read somewhere that Barbados doesn't allow this.

And that if I want to do something, I have to arrange it beforehand. Is this true? Are there no groups/tours/people wanting my business when I get off the ship? Must be a quiet port if that's true!

Just got of the AOS and yes there were locals looking to bargain with the cruisers.

You should first have an idea what you like to do. There is many nice beaches and the tour of the island is really nice and educational.

Hi, I was in Barbados in December. You don't necessarily need to arrange a tour beforehand. You can pick up a taxi tour there (which is what we did). I wrote about our experience and posted pictures in my tour, the link is below if you want to check it or ask questions. :-)
