Middle of March Bahama weather

I think it all depends. Last year in mid-March the weather was fantastic. It was easily 80-85 degrees when we were in Nassau. It was one of our best weather cruises yet. I have also been there in May when it was quite windy and chilly.

We have been several times in mid-March. We have had good weather most of the time (80's and sunny) -except for one time which was sunny, but very windy.

 

There are many types of excursions in Nassau and Freeport, so we always have a back-up plan for cooler weather. If it is windy, the ships often have to bypass the private islands.
