Harwich to Heathrow question

Hoping an experienced cruiser can help here: Cruising roundtrip out of Harwich. Looking at flights home when we disembark. How much time should I allow to get to Heathrow? Best method of transport? Thanks for ideas.

I used to live fairly close to Harwich....It's a very busy road trip to Heathrow. The train is probably best, but the Ports of Call Section should have more detailed information for you.
