San Juan/Adventure of the Seas time zone

Hey everybody!! We're heading on our wedding cruise March 2nd out of San Juan on the Adventure of the Seas. We're trying to plan excursion but I just want to make sure we are stopping in St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Aruba and Curacao, are all the time zones the same? So ship time and port time are the same in all ports?? Thanks for all your help :)
