NCL.com -change password? Seeing someone else's account AGAIN!!

It happened again- I went to NCL.com and before I could sign in, "WELCOME, AMANDA R" appeared on my desktop. I am NOT Amanda.

 

Amanda does not have any cruises booked, but I can still access her profile etc. Sent her an e-mail to let her know that I can see her account. Still on hold with NCL-

 

This is the second time that this has happened to me and on different computers.

Have you contacted NCL about this?

I called last time and was told they would take care of it.

Can't get thru today, but I did e-mail them with screen shots of the info, just like I did last time. Never heard back!

I am presently on hold...

 

I e-mailed "social media " this time-I know that they can be quick to respond.
