Annmeat Posted January 27, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2015 It happened again- I went to NCL.com and before I could sign in, "WELCOME, AMANDA R" appeared on my desktop. I am NOT Amanda. Amanda does not have any cruises booked, but I can still access her profile etc. Sent her an e-mail to let her know that I can see her account. Can't get thru today, but I did e-mail them with screen shots of the info, just like I did last time. Never heard back! I am presently on hold...
