When the AOS is docked in San Juan, where is it docked? Is it near the Sheritan Hotel or across the bay? Also, do they provide luggage valet service in San Juan? Thanks.

The general rule of thumb:

 

When San Juan is the embarkation/disembarkation port, then the ship docked across the bay at the Pan American pier. (Adventure)

 

When San Juan is a port of call on an itinerary that starts/ends elsewhere, then the ship docks at Old San Juan across from the Sheraton.
