Are there any public beaches in Bermuda that you don't have to use stairs to access?

Shelly Bay

St Catherine's Beach

Horseshoe Beach (I think, I never go there)

Clearwater Beach

Somerset Long Bay

Horseshoe bay doesn't have stairs BUT has a steep hill to get to the entrance.

 

I really don't think it's managable with a wheelchair.

 

There is a shuttle that goes up and down all day for a few $, but since I never used it I don't know if it is wheelchair accessible.

According to the Bermuda Tourist Authority there is no wheelchair access to any of the public beaches. My Mother in Law is in a wheelchair and I inquired for our cruise last year.
