It's heaven isn't it? I absolutely love it. I just booked one on the Vista. I'm hoping it has the pool. I do not see it on the deck plan but maybe I'm not looking at the right area.

According to my travel agent, Vista will have the Thalassotherapy Pool

  • Cloud 9 Spa
  • Thalassotherapy Pool
  • 2 Saunas (men/women)
  • 2 Steam Rooms (men/women)
  • 15 massage treatment rooms
  • 2 locker rooms (men/women)
  • V.I.P Couples Suites (Treatment Rooms) with whirlpools
  • Thermal Suite: Dry Heat Chambers
  • Thermal Suite: Steam Chambers (Oriental and Aroma Steam baths)
  • Rasul Bath: special treatments including mud bath
  • Floatation Therapy
  • Wide variety of body treatments
  • Cloud 9 Salon
  • Additional charge for spa treatments and salon services

In addition to the T pool spa access also gets you the heated loungers, sauna and steam rooms. If you book a spa cabin you get 2 free yoga classes as well.

We stayed in 1 on the Splendor and liked it but would not choose it again. The reason was simply that we don't like being so far forward and high up on the ship. We do try to get spa passes though.

One thing to note about the T pool, I am short and had a difficult time sitting up in it. The seat is actually a bunch of slippery bars and myself and others under about 5'3" had difficulty staying upright and not sliding underwater. Because of this I didn't use it nearly as much as my taller companions.

I got the spa pass on the Breeze and loved it! For me it was worth the 149. My husband would go to the casino and I would head to the spa for a couple of hours. It was very relaxing and I used everything there. I never use the pools on cruises because for me they are too crowded so the spa is perfect. We are going on the Glory in May and the Glory does not have it. But there is a whirlpool that I have read not many people use. Go to You Tube and look for Carnival Glory secret places and the video will give you all kind of information.
