Sapphire Beach and Mountain Top

DH and I are planning on going to Sapphire Beach, but we'd also like to check out Mountain Top to get some pictures. We're in port from 7 am to 4 pm.

For those who have been there, what's the best way to see it all without paying a fortune for taxis, and still make the most of our day?

(as a side note, there'll be 4 other ships in port that day)

Thanks so much!!

Look into Godfrey tours in St Thomas. We have used him 3 years in a row. Great day...will pick u up at the ship and bring u to shopping area...give u time to shop...reboard the bus....and onto beautiful stops with fantastic views.....banana dacari ......mountain top stop...botanical gardens with more rum punch...and a beach stop(you can stay on beach and he will pick u up later...or just stay 5-10 min)....back onboard....and back to ship. ..only $35- with free water/soda all day. Fantastic day...very reliable. .GREAT tour with beautiful sites

An organized tour gives you a taste of MT, downtown, and a beach of their or the group's choosing, usually not Sapphire from what I've read. To enjoy Sapphire for awhile you'll want to taxi there then back to MT. You may find a driver at Sapphire that will take you to MT and wait and drop you in town or at the ship for a decent price which would be more convenient, and others may want to join you. YOu can also ask others at the beach if they'd be interested and the driver will be eager to take you.
