Dancing on Valor

Can anyone who has recenly sailed on the Valor tell me if there is a lot of dancing available on this ship in the evenings after dinner? And at what Venues? I recently went on a cruise and there was NO dancing at all and I was very disappointed. Before spending a lot of money only to be disappointed again, I thought I would pick a couple itineraries I like then ask around. Thank you!

When are you planning on going? The Valor will be repositioning to Port Canaveral in late March so I am sure the dynamics on the ship will change. We will be on the Valor in April and are also looking forward to dancing. I have been informed that a good rock band and a latin band will be on board. Mainly depends on the crowd. If you want to book at the same time we are booked in April we will be dancing with you!!!

I also heard a decent band is coming forgot their name, but I don't think latin band will work well, or whether Valor have one or not mostly likely not because the crowd from Pt. Canaveral isn't really into latin...SJ or FLL/Miami then yes.

We were on the Valor last April and there were people dancing at the atrium, casino and the night club can't remember the name of it plus there was Latin dancing

When the Valor returns to Pt. Canaveral from San Juan I am pretty positive the latin band will go on the Liberty, the ship which the Valor switches with.

The band that is supposed to be coming to the Valor is Bloodpower. Heard they are really good.

What ship were you on where there was no dancing? I have never been on a cruise where there was not dancing. There are dance clubs, deck parties, etc.

Bloodpower is one of the BEST bands at sea. They were on my Paradise cruise several years ago and on my Valor cruise this past October. I made a point to hear them every night.
