QM2 Transatlantic - Formal Nights

Hi! We're sailing from New York to Southampton in August and ours is an 8 not 7 night cruise. Can anyone tell me how many formal nights there will be? Many thanks.

Plan on a minimum of three. ( but it could be four) This question often comes up on here. No one can give you an accurate answer, as the Formal evenings onboard the ship are subject to change. ( check the daily programme each day )

 

Here is an example.

 

On my last Transatlantic voyage a cocktail party arranged on one of the 'formal evenings' was cancelled at 'very very short notice' due to the weather. However, it was rescheduled for another evening , that particular evening's dress code was rescheduled as formal. :)
