dizneyprincess Posted February 7, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 7, 2015 Has anyone done the Renaissance Day pass in Aruba? If so, did you enjoy and was it worth the money? We will be there on Nov 3 and I read that the hotel has to be at 90% occupancy or below for day passes to be offered, has anyone been turned down for a day pass. Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated. TIA and cruise on:)

serene56 Posted February 7, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 7, 2015 You cant not get your day pass ahead of time. So you have to head there off your ship just to see if availabity? Yes, people do get turned away. Have you considered taking a cab, renting chairs on another beach? You need lots of sunscrenn because you can get burnt. dizneyprincess Posted February 7, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) We just started looking into day passes and we say Flamingo beach and it looks really neat to go there and experience so that is why i mentioned Renaissance Day Pass. I will plan a back up plan in case but we are in the early planning stages because our cruise is not until end of Oct. rjrice1 Posted March 5, 2015 #9 Share Posted March 5, 2015 What would a room cost for the "night?" We are doing a land trip and booked through price line and the room for two was cheaper than two day passes. You won't get the AI but it might be worth checking it out. OC PAT Posted June 29, 2015 #10 Share Posted June 29, 2015 We're only had one turn down in our 6 visits. The cost includes lounge, chair, lunch, one drink and the use of their water toys. A good deal in my opinion. Very romantic. We usually go in November and will hopefully be spending Thanksgiving there.
