tjmcdona Posted February 8, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted February 8, 2015 How did you like it? Do the pictures/description in that ad match your description? Like I said, it looks like a pretty good deal.
c-leg5 Posted February 8, 2015 #4 Share Posted February 8, 2015 (edited) How did you like it? Do the pictures/description in that ad match your description? Like I said, it looks like a pretty good deal. The resort was fine. We booked through Cozumel Watersports for about the same price I think now (less when we went). No problems with reservation. I would suggest the taxi fare each way is more likely to be $15/16 for four people, not $10 as suggested on your site. We chose this resort because we had a little one and particularly wanted to use the splashground which is quieter (and smaller) than Playa Mia for little ones. Unfortunately the weather was really cold and windy and not suitable for swimming or beach, but no problem of resort. However the splashground was closed for cleaning so that would have been a problem if the weather had been better, but of course that can happen anywhere, anytime. Buffet lunch was typical for AI resort. Drinks were fine. If the weather had been better and pool had been open it would have been fine for our purpose. If we were just going as an adult couple there are lots of resort hotels on Cozumel offering passes either directly or through a broker - island marketing or Cozumel Watersports and you just have to research which offers the facilities and activities you require. fbricks70 Posted February 9, 2015 #5 Share Posted February 9, 2015 We used Cozumel Water Sports and were very happy with their customer service. The other company never answered the phone and email response was 3 days later. Saw many mixed reviews about these .net or .com (same domain name but different company??)
