How long for OBC to show online

We got a great deal for upcoming breeze cruise that was previously booked for 4 in a cabin to get 2 cabins instead we were told OBC would show online in 24 hrs. Nothing posted as of yet how long should I wait before calling back?

Did you book direct with carnival or a TA? Give it about 72 hours to show up if from Carnival. If from a TA (perk) it will not show up on your account

You should have received a new email from Carnival with the new price and it should show the OBC as well. And I agree with the 24 hours if you have booked with Carnival directly.

not until you get onboard

Yes, not until onboard can you find out if it is indeed in your account and I have experienced this with all cruise lines. I do go by guest services on embarkation day to MAKE SURE that it is on there so that adjustments can be before leaving port. So far I have been fortunate to get all the extra goodies that were promised but I have heard from others that they had to have calls made to get the incentives that they had booked with.
