Ultimate Beverage Package Blackout Dates

I am hoping to plan a cruise on the Getaway sailing from Feb. 28. I was wondering if the Ultimate Beverage Package blackout applies to my cruise. The blackout according to the website starts March 1st. Does this sailing count even though it sails before that date?

 

The two of us on board are 22 and 21. This is kind of the deciding factor on whether or not we go.

From NCL's T&C for UBP:

 

"Also not available for guests under the age of 25 years old on domestic itineraries during blackout dates of March 1 – April 15, applies to sailings that includes these dates."
