Wanting to do a private our of Aruba and located a site called toursbylocals.com and was wondering if anyone has used them and what was your opinion of the tour and service? Thanks, Bob

Hi Wally. I haven't used Toursbylocals.com in Aruba, but on the recommendation of friends who used the service in Europe (and who have done a lot more cruises than me - I'm a newbie) I booked 3 of their guides for an upcoming cruise I'm doing in Hawaii this May.

 

I haven't met the guides in person yet, but so far my impression is that they are professional, friendly and very accommodating when I wanted to make changes to the tour itineraries. It's been easy to communicate with them (and the company's customer support people as well - I spoke to them via phone), and I'm looking forward to the tours later this spring. I'll report back at that point on the actual tour experience. But based on my dealings so far, I'm feeling confident. :)
