Our PVP is no longer with us. We received someone new. Liked our old one!

I know we can't mention names but how do we get someone who really knows all about Carnival? Just book on-line? But I know I will have questions, kind of a bummer....

We lost ours a few years ago. We were assigned a new one and he didn't stick around long. It seems the really good ones either get a job somewhere else or move up the ranks at Carnival. We found a new one and she is pretty good, just not as good as the original one we had.

I think its luck of the draw. We had a good one too that left. My wife is not happy with the current one.

I ended up changing mine. My 1st PVP would call or email me every so often, just to keep in touch. She would send me a birthday card. Call me before our cruise to see if we needed anything and wish us a good time. Then call about a week after we got back to ask about our trip. Unfortunately, she moved on. A fellow cruiser suggested another one and she is great. You as the customer can make the change if you know who you want to change to.

I've had the same guy for over 10 years and he is awesome. I wish they would let us name PVP's on here.:mad:

Next cruise ask friends made on cruise for recommendation.

 

Our old one whom we liked left suddenly didnt like the one assigned to us and new friends gave us an excellent one.
