Baltic shore excursions on Regatta

We will be on the Regatta in June sailing from Dover to Stockholm. Almost all of the shore excursions state they have moderate activity. I have difficulty walking for extended periods of time without sitting down. It isn't a problem visiting churches and museums (for example). Does anyone have any shore excursions that they recommend in this case?

I would suggest posting this question on the Special Interest -- Disable Board. My husband also has walking problems and you will find a lot of great information. Also post your question and I am sure you will get lots of help with what you may be faced with in traveling in these ports.
