Port of Miami hotel with free parking

Hi all. This is our first cruise leaving Port of Miami. Usually sail out of Fort Lauderdale.

Since we are driving down, we need a place to stay pre-cruise and would also like to park our car at the hotel instead of at the port while we are cruising.

Also would need shuttle service to and from the port. Any ideas that won't break the bank?

You need to look at hotels nearer the airport. Go to parksleepstay.com and stay123.com.

for packages with a night's stay. The hotels in the Blue Lagoon area are decent chains in safer area. Don't look for the cheapest as some areas are pretty seedy. The LA Quinta east is popular here for those wanting a lower cost choice.

 

Rates will be determined on WHEN you need it. Some will offer shuttle service (free or paid) to the port. But do not offer rides back. Figure about $25 cab fare.
