DolphinFan Posted February 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Happy Saturday!!! I'm hoping someone on here can help me..lol I remember reading about a website you can go to and "bid" on a 4 Star Hotel and most times end up at the Sheraton near the port (in San Juan) for $109?? Was I dreaming..is this really real..lol We arrive in San Juan on 3/21 and will have a rental car, so hotel location is not that important, but would like to stay in a decent hotel for less that $200 a night!! mom4mom Posted February 22, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 22, 2015 I prefer using Hotwire because they list the star rating as well as the area and amenities of each hotel you are bidding on. Then I use the companion site that always pops up with it to figure out which hotel it might be. I don't think I've even gotten a hotel that I didn't expect. The other site that people use is Priceline and you have to come up with your own bid which may or may not be accepted.
royaljcclms Posted February 24, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 24, 2015 I booked a 4 star hotel on Hotwire for $125.00 (taxes included) We are staying at the Sheraton near the cruise port on 3/21/15. I was very surprised as I was unable to find anything under $250 on other websites.
