Hampton Inn FFL Airport

Has anyone ever stayed here pre cruise? If so are they reliable on their free transportation from the airport and to the port?

I've not stayed there but have booked for our pre-cruise in April. It has gotten good reviews on tripadvisor.com

Not sure which one you are referring to, there are several FLL airport Hampton Inn locations. We stayed at the one referred to as Hampton Inn Airport-North and it was fine. They have vans with pink flamingos on the top so they are easy to spot :-) We had to use the phone at baggage pickup to alert them we were there but they do seem to circle around. The hotel assigned us a van time to go to pier when we checked in and that worked well, we left at 12 noon and were there in 10 min.
