luckymom17 Posted February 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Our Dune Buggy tour has been canceled due to the company going out of business. My family would like to try horseback now. Carnival won't let me book due to my daughter being 7 (min age is 8). Has anyone done the horse thing in Mahogany Bay? Who did you use? Was it fun and worth the money? I'd rather ride on the beach than in the jungle- if that makes a difference....

If you want to get away from there you can probably find horseback riding, but you are likely to run into the same issue because teh companies are not equipped for small children. sgt1010 Posted February 26, 2015 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2015 I have found a ranch that offers horseback riding for your daughter, see the link below. It is part of Bodden Tours which has an excellent reputation. Here is is a copy of there FAQ page on age restrictions. "IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? We do not have an age limit as such. Seniors, however, should be in reasonably good physical shape. If you do not ride regularly, you will be stretching and using muscles and ligaments that you have forgotten you had. It can also happen that a person falls off his horse, and the bones of older people break easier and do not heal as quickly or as well as do those of younger people." http://www.boddentours.com/index.htm
