Table Games in Casino

Does anyone know what the minimum bets are on the table games. I love to play Let It Ride and was wondering what the bets needed to be.

Thanks in advance

I was on the Feb 20th sailing, just got home yesterday.

There was 1 let it ride table, 10$ minimum.

I brought $200 one night -- did not receive one pair of 10s or better -- 18 consecutive hands -- nothing. Left very disappointed, have never seen luck that bad before.

Had $100 remaining on the last night of the cruise, said what the heck I'll give it another shot, and starting playing ~ 10pm. Played for a couple of hours, was up and down, never too far in any direction. A little before midnight, was dealt K, K, 8. Dealer flips next card... K. Dealer flips next card... K. :) :) :) :) Great way to end the cruise!

Going next week - Let it Ride is my game of choice too - send some good luck this way - would love to either start or leave the cruise on a 4 of a kind!!!! :D

Good luck!!

I love let it ride too, though from what I've read it's one of the worst regarding the odds. But it's fun! My wife and I have a similar attitude towards gambling: it's simply the cost of entertainment. If 200$ lasts us 30 minutes or 5 hours, it is what it is. No going back to the ATM for more.

We usually play till it's gone, and enjoy our time. Every once and a while we leave up $100 or so. We're just not big gamblers. That said, I've sat down to play let it ride about 20 times or so, with no more than $200. I've hit 4 of a kind 3 times now, though the first two times were on 5$ tables, and one of the times I only had two bets on the table (started with a pair of 5s).

I never play the 3 card bonus, because it never seems to work out for me, and I will just be out of my money earlier. But I've heard that this is the best bet on the let it ride table. On the night of the cruise that I hit 4 of a kind, I hit a straight flush on the 3 card -- 2,3,4 diamonds. But I didn't have the 3 card bonus bet down, I think that would have been $200 or something like that. The dealer made fun of me and asked to take a picture of those 3 cards on the table with no 3 card bonus bet. I wish he wouldn't have left 30 minutes before I hit the 4 of a kind, I would have asked him how he felt about taking a picture now. ;)

Borisivan - my husband is the "real" gambler. He tells me the same thing "Let it Ride is the worst game in the house". Well it's not but its bad. I think the "Wheel of Fortune" carnival type wheel is worse. I enjoy playing it and like you go with a certain amount and when its gone its gone.

I've had 4 of a kind twice and both times it was with only $5. I do play the 3 Card bonus because I can usually catch something in that hand that doesn't pay in the regular let it ride hand that covers at least one of my bets (like a pair of 3s or a pair of 2s). I've hit a couple of straight flushes on that bonus.

I've been on ships that don't have a Let it Ride table and get stuck playing 3 card poker (which is OK but definitely prefer LIR).

Thanks for the luck - you should have said to the dealer - "if you are so concerned about that 3 card bet - put your money up!!!" I'm sure someday we will cross paths at a Let it Ride table!!
