Recumbent Exercise Bicyles on the Maasdam?

After having knee surgery last year, I need to ride an exercise bicycle every day - does anyone know if there will be a recumbent bike in the gym of the Maasdam or just the upright models?

I can't really remember, but I don't think there were. There is a photo of the gym on the Lido deck of Maasdam on halfacts.com, but it doesn't show too much. I thought I had taken a photo, but I can't find it.

I know there are recumbent bikes on the ships I went on, and you would think it would be standard equipment across the fleet. But that's just a guess.:o

Thanks for the feedback - I can certainly use an upright but the recumbent is so much more comfortable:)

Susan, you and I can compare our scars and war stories while we ride the recumbents on the Maasdam. They have a couple, but they are popular and some times of the day are hard to find open.
