not that I am aware of .You could call Carnival and ask them.

Go to your booking on the CCL site

Select "Activites" on the left sid eof the page under "Cruise Checklist"

On the next page look under "Activities and Excursions"

Select "Steakhouse"

 

From there you can put in your reservation and I assume you are paying in advance. I've never done this, but it might work.

A couple at our table's daughter did this on the Glory in Jan 2015. The daughter paid for it before they left, I am not positive if they picked the night they went beforehand, or if they did that on board.

This is the first time we have had all our excursions picked and paid for ahead of time and it really made things (for me at least) more relaxing.

Never read or seen this. You can only pay through it on your S&S account. Perhaps they put money in that?

You can request a reservation date and time online for the specialty restaurant, but it will be charged to the Sail and Sign account once onboard. I just looked at my booking to confirm that it hasn't changed.
