Constellation Disembarkation in Dover

Does anybody have any firsthand knowledge on how quickly the disembarkation procedure goes in Dover. I read somewhere the ship actually gets in at 4:30 AM even though the disembarkation doesn't start until 7:00 AM. Does this mean they unload the ship very early so they can actually start getting passengers of shortly after 7 AM? Our return flight from Heathrow was moved up to 12:20 PM. Celebrity says not to book air flights before 12:50 PM. We have a private limo service hired which should help timewise. I am wondering if this is workable?
