P&O Cruises Australia advises that Pacific Sky has been refloated after she ran aground onto sand at the Isle of Pines yesterday.

The ship was refloated at approximately 7.00am (Sydney time). The ship is currently at the Isle of Pines anchorage where inspections will be made today.

All passenger services are available and a tender service to the Island will enable passengers to enjoy the facilities ashore today.

The ship ran aground onto sand at the Isle of Pines at 13.30 hrs yesterday. The ship and passengers have at all times been safe.

Pacific Sky departed Brisbane on Thursday for a nine night South Pacific Cruise with 1289 and 615 crew on board.
