Share Holder's Credit - waiting and waiting

I emailed a copy of my statement showing my shares last Monday. Today is Thursday and I still haven't gotten a response. I emailed it again this morning. I cruise in approx. 21 days. How much longer do I need to wait? And what if I don't get a response in the next 7-10 days (as their auto reply email states), is there someplace I can call about it? I emailed icare at carnival. This is where I have always emailed the statement. I'm not sure why it is taking so long!!

The shareholder form has mail and fax info. Never seen an email.

FWIW we faxed our form in December for our February cruise. Didn't show up until the week before. They said that's how they're doing it now. YMMV

I used a form email I found on here and sent it in via email yesterday morning. Maybe try that and if it doesn't show up in a few days call them? Here is what I found here and used.

Please accept this e-mail as a request for shareholder benefits applicable to a 7 night cruise.

 

My name is -------, and I am booked to sail on the Carnival -----out of Miami on, April --, 2015, Booking Number ----- Stateroom: ----.

 

I have attached a scan of the relevant pages of my stock account statement as proof of ownership of 100 shares of Carnival Corporation Stock (ticker CCL).

 

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I use the same email address and in the past, always got a new confirmation when the OBC was applied.

 

The past 2 times I did not receive a confirmation. However when I checked my cruise documents, the OBC had been applied. It seems to me that they are no longer telling you that it has been applied.

 

I would check my documents to see if it is there before calling anyone. If you don't see it, then call for sure.

Thanks - I have checked it - many times. But I appreciate your advice. I don't know how I got the icare email address before, but that is what I had always used before. Oh well. I'm hitting send to this new email address now.
