holiday cruise 12/17 Mex Riv/Sapphire Princ,

we've always done the Caribbean our last 3 cruises. This time we are sailing the Sapphire Princess to the Mexican Riviera and want to know what we should expect. Will the seas be rougher, cooler weather and excursions?

Pack differently? Special menus for holidays?

Any info would be great fellow cruisers!
