Glitch on Carnival site?

As many of us do, I checked my prices for an upcoming cruise. Carnival had priced a balcony the same as what we paid for interior! I took a screenshot of the price, but didn't take a screenshot of the mock booking. I called Carnival for an adjustment, but they wouldn't honor it even though I sent them the picture. Said it was a glitch in the system. Has this happened to anyone else?
