No you would have to cancel and rebook to get the new promo but you can pay to upgrade your room.

Never hurts to call and check. I was recently able to pay for an upgrade from a studio to an aft facing balcony and was offered the free UBP and UDP. I had already purchased these items but I was able to get a credit for them since I was provided the promos. Made the out of pocket cost about $800 for the upgrade on a week Med cruise.

Only way to get the promotion with the upgrade is if you originally booked while the promotion was running.

 

If you upgrade, you will get the promotion that was running at the time of your original booking.........what ever that may have been. Sometimes higher on board credit, sometimes other perks.

Thanks Got Tequila. That must be what happened to me. When I originally booked you received two of UBP, UDP, and OBC. I was in a studio so none of it applied to me before.
