where do I send a complaint?

Does anyone have a name and address or email of someone who would deal with a complaint? This is about issues we had on a recent Ventura cruise.

 

We first sent a letter on 15th February then, after a message sent to the Facebook, we copied the letter to community@pocruises. This was over a week ago. They promised to forward it to someone who could help but so far we haven`t even had an acknowledgement.

 

Someone must deal with complaints. :(

They do deal with them, but they have a turnaround of 21 days to reply...so a little bit longer to wait..

Now I know that P&O read these posts.

The day after my post on this site a letter was written to me with a reply to my complaint letter. Gladly it was an acceptable reply. :)
