Carnival Casino app

Maybe this is old news, but in browsing the Apple app store, I noticed Carnival has a Casino app. Apparently from the description you can gamble with real money using the app while the ship is in international waters. The app seems to have the ability to play slots, various table games (including blackjack), and video poker. You can't get the full experience of the app until you can sign up and set up an account with your folio number.

 

Has anyone ever used this? it might be fun to do some occasional gambling while on deck or on your balcony with your iPhone or iPad. It does state that you can use the ship's wifi for free while using the app. I would be worried about lost connections and what would happen to your session, and your money.

This could be really dangerous. Your partner tells you okay that is enough we are losing our butt. You go back to the room and pretend to use the restroom and next thing you know you are down another $500.00.....just kidding.
