Carnival Site Showing Wrong Deck plans VS ROOM BOOKINGS

Crazy. Yikes!!! Went to book a Veranda Extended balcony on Miracle, deck plan shows rooms with different room numbers than what you can select from on the right.

 

That is beyond confusing, almost bait/switch, with lot's of upcoming issues.

 

You can't figure out what you are really booking.

 

Hope it's only temporary.

 

They need a better web team.

It's showing that way because there are no extended balcony available Aft on deck 7. If you change your choice to midship, the room numbers should coincide with the map.

They are also showing regular balconies under the extended balcony price. Like both show at the same time and when you click on a regular one the price doesn't change. Be careful.

I noticed that a lot while checking on price drops ;)

No, I don't think that's the problem. It is happening across various ships when it offers extended balcony cabins and then the decks they are available on. I tried it on several ships (not all), and various times of year.

 

It is driving me crazy.
