abisha Posted March 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 21, 2015 I bought a top on Ruby in november. Never tried it on til now. Doesn't fit. Going on Regal in 2 weeks. Can I return it. Still has tags on it and says princess on the tag. I don't think I have receipt. Might have saved my printout with onboard charges. Can I return it on Regal with just tags on it? robandana Posted March 21, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) My wife had the same problem but our next cruise was only 1 month away, we explained to the staff member and she told us the only thing she could do is an exchange for a larger size if they had it. They did so she just swapped it with hers. We did have the original receipt. Not sure if its the norm..... Lovetocruiseprincess Posted March 21, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 21, 2015 My wife had a top that was defective (faded) & brought it back 8 months later on anther cruise (different ship) & they did make good on it. It did take a little negotiating but they did do an exchange in the end. Same thing for a cheaper watch that stopped working. I suppose they feel that keeping a customer is a better policy. btw- We usually keep the receipts except for that watch and there wasn't any problem.
