I bought a top on Ruby in november. Never tried it on til now. Doesn't fit. Going on Regal in 2 weeks. Can I return it. Still has tags on it and says princess on the tag. I don't think I have receipt. Might have saved my printout with onboard charges. Can I return it on Regal with just tags on it?

My wife had the same problem but our next cruise was only 1 month away, we explained to the staff member and she told us the only thing she could do is an exchange for a larger size if they had it. They did so she just swapped it with hers. We did have the original receipt. Not sure if its the norm.....

My wife had a top that was defective (faded) & brought it back 8 months later on anther cruise (different ship) & they did make good on it. It did take a little negotiating but they did do an exchange in the end. Same thing for a cheaper watch that stopped working. I suppose they feel that keeping a customer is a better policy.

btw- We usually keep the receipts except for that watch and there wasn't any problem.

Some years ago I purchased 'an inch of gold chain', on an NCL ship, it broke a couple of years later, but I had it replaced on ANOTHER cruise line.

I know that they are cheap, but great to use when cruising.

Fully replaceable if sent to the company address in Florida for the life of the item.
