land excursions

Hi. I am looking for some info regarding day tours after docking at Palma, Marseilles. La Spezia and Civitacecchia. I would like to know if anyone has been to these ports and which excursion tour companies we could use. I know it would be more economical than the cruise ships rates Thanks. any help would be appreciated. :)

There are boards specifically for those ports....and a guidebook is VERY helpful in planning your time ashore!!

On the main forums page of Cruise Critic, there is a heading called "Ports of Call" and it does have a wealth of information including that for those who wish to DIY (Do It Yourself). Just scroll down a bit passed Roll Call. Hope this helps!
