Howdy,

 

We've just booked our second NCL cruise. We first cruised with NCL in 2009, and my account says we have 19 points and as such we are Bronze. We will turn Silver during our upcoming cruise in the fall. My questions are:

 

 

• Will we receive the Silver benefits the second day of that cruise, or not until after that cruise is completed?
  
• Is there a place in my NCL account where I can see that what we will be credited for this upcoming cruise?
  
• How can I be sure they'll credit us with double points? (it's an "insider offer")

You will not get the points until after your cruise.

 

It should say LATOFFER on your reservation for the double points.

No - you don't move up to the next level during a cruise. Some folks have reported being moved up at the mid point of a B2B cruise.

You have to watch to be sure. Log into your account a week or so after your voyage to be sure you were properly credited.

You will not get credit for your upcoming cruise until after you return, so you won't get silver benefits until after the cruise is complete. From my experience they usually update your account with 24 hours of completion of the cruise.

 

I don't think there is a place to see what you'll be credited with, but your cruise consultant through NCL can tell you, or you could probably contact the Latitudes department.

 

I don't think anything is for sure until it posts to your account. We had a question about how many points we would get on our last sailing and our cruise consultant was able to clarify and was correct in telling us what we'd get.
