Savlamara Posted March 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Is there anywhere on board to get change? Specifically singles, fives? I am assuming the casino would have cash, but I know the casino operates as cashless since its linked to the SnS card so not sure. We can only make a quick ATM stop before boarding which means we'll only have a bunch of 20s. We want to have small bills before we get to any ports. Twintowngirl Posted March 24, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Is tIhere anywhere on board to get change? The guest service desk will be able to help you. I am old fashioned and use travelers checks and they will cash them for me. Have a great cruise!
Mom2sml Posted March 24, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 24, 2015 The casino as well as guest services. There is an upcharge if you use you SnS card at the tables in the casino so I try to only use cash there.

Savlamara Posted March 24, 2015 Author #6 Share Posted March 24, 2015 Why not visit the bank before you leave home ? Why not just get it before you leave? I did say "Quick ATM stop before boarding" and we sail on a Sunday so dont want to be searching for a bank. Plus I'm not too keen on flying in with a huge wad of cash either, $400-500 in 20s is much smaller then the same amount in singles and 5s. That would take up my whole purse! Thanks for the other responses! :)

We bring 100's with us because they are easier to transport than piles of small bills. We always go to Guest Services, where the large bills are happily exchanged for us.
