wildcatcruzer Posted March 29, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2015 Thinking about booking a b2b cruise on line myself. The same room is available on both cruises, do you just book it one at a time, do they need to be linked, and does carnival consider it one long cruise? Anyone in the know? cmptrwiz Posted March 29, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2015 We used our PVP. It's not one long cruise. For example if you were to rent a tux the first week you would have to return it and re-rent for the next week. You have to settle up all charges the first week before you begin the next week. tandemcruzr Posted March 29, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2015 It is 2 cruises. For us, we always get the same room so we don't have to move at the end of the first leg. :D
troublemaker256 Posted March 29, 2015 #4 Share Posted March 29, 2015 You need to notify carnival to be set up for b2b status so you aren't required to pack n move, and to be set up for special customs clearance. gadan1 Posted March 29, 2015 #5 Share Posted March 29, 2015 I have booked both our B2B cruises (Liberty 2012; Glory in 4 weeks) online as both cruises had the same cabin available. With the first, I called to make sure they linked them as B2B and they already were. This upcoming one, I'm just going to stop at Guest Services during cruise 1 and make sure they know it is a B2B.
